Its food, we all eat food, calories don’t matter and you know they don’t. Seriously, you want to live your life by some values assigned to what you’re eating by someone you don’t even know? Numbers on packets and menus mean nothing. You eat until you feel a though you’ve had enough, not when some standardised, bullshit chart tells you that you should. It means nothing and you know it means nothing.
